Executive Team

Scott Draper, President and Founder of the new well, LLC, has been involved in the health, recreation and wellness
industries for a lifetime. As manager, owner, entrepreneur, author, speaker, teacher, consultant and leader, Mr. Draper
has dedicated his significant energies to the creation and support of, in his own words, "good companies driven by great
people." He holds an MBA and is also the founder and driving force behind Little Brown Acorn, Inc., whose ownership and
management credits include Club Northwest, one of the country's most innovative, full-service athletic clubs. In 2005,
Mr. Draper founded The KidZone Community Foundation, and currently serves on the board of this organization whose mission
it is to "...positively impact children through physical activity and healthy lifestyles."

Lesley Hawks, Vice President of Franchise Development, is a twenty year veteran of the franchise industry, leading a diverse
group of national brands and start ups in their system growth. Originally from England and a tennis coach, Lesley now lives
in Los Angeles. Additional qualifications include experience as a Retail Real Estate Broker and with extensive experience
helping guide franchisees through every aspect of finding a suitable business and location, Lesley is excited to work with
the new well and help launch the model nationwide and one day, internationally.

Nikki Main, Vice President of Operations, has considerable background and experience in our parent company's
Weight Loss and Wellness Centers as both a top-producing Wellness Consultant and a successful manager. Her lifelong
passion of integrating fitness and nutrition concepts into healthy lifestyles has resulted in her expertise in Wellness
Center marketing, sales and operations. Ms. Main is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal
Trainer and has completed the Nutritional Specialist training recognized by the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists.

Rony Szleifer, Director of Leadership Development for the new well, LLC,
is an expert in organizational design. Since 1992 he has worked with companies large and small in a variety of industries and countries to help them produce exactly the results they want, above and beyond what is predictable "given the circumstances." His Capacities Development Model and Strategic Design Process have helped his clients produce breakthrough business results while creating work environments in which broad-based alignment and individual satisfaction are the norm. He has produced results for companies such as 3M, Cargill, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Austral Airlines, Dial Corporation, Shell Oil, Revlon, Deutsche Bank, and Siemens. Rony also taught for three years at the University of Minnesota's Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, where he developed a transformational leadership and community development program for International Fellows. Rony is recognized as an outstanding executive coach and has worked with all levels within an organization, receiving positive reactions and extraordinary results from the practicality of his instruction and the innovative character of his methods. Rony holds a Master's degree in History and Education, and is the founder of the Global Leadership Initiative, a non-profit organization to support the implementation of innovative community development programs around the world.

Annette Draper, Director of Services, has researched spas the world over and is a Certified Esthetician
and National Synergie® Trainer. As a spa and salon owner and director, her spa and staff have been featured
in international training manuals and celebrated in many editorial venues. Ms. Draper brings over 25 years of
professional design and retail experience and serves on the National Advisory Board for Clarisonic®. In addition,
she works with the prestigious Durocher Enterprises and continues to contribute to their Spa Business and Operations Training program.

Julie Kokinakes-Anderson, Director of Nutrition, is a registered and licensed dietician. Quality nutrition and
the use of local and sustainable foods has been Ms. Kokinakes-Anderson's passion since receiving her B.S. from
Ohio State University and completing her Dietetic Internship at the Medical College of Georgia. Ms. Kokinakes-Anderson
has served as Regional Program Director for The American Heart Association and provided patient care and nutrition
research coordination at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Heart Wellness Center. She has worked in sales for Pfizer
Pharmaceuticals and has had extensive experience in private nutrition practice.
Corporate Wellness Center Managers

Janet Holtman, Wellness Center Manager, joined the parent company in 2008 and within 6 months became Center Manager of the new well. With over 13 years of sales, marketing and management experience, Janet is passionate about helping people succeed. In addition to being a Center Sales and Marketing Manager, Janet is also a success story of the new well through her own weight loss from following the new well program.
Area Developers

Evelyn Olson-Lamden, Area Developer, San Diego and Imperial Counties, is an experienced franchising expert and marketing executive.
She started her 30-year career with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company where she was the first female field director for the central U.S.
She also served in corporate marketing for Jack-in-the-Box Restaurants and for Jenny Craig International. Additionally, Evelyn has
directed complex marketing programs for national franchise systems including Help-U-Sell Real Estate, Budget Blinds and Liberty Tax Service.
Evelyn is a franchise owner of the new well in downtown San Diego.

Margaret McAllister, Area Developer, San Diego and Imperial Counties, brings experience in branding, advertising and franchising to the new well.
Over three decades, she has developed marketing programs for national brands including the International Franchise Association, Hewlett-Packard,
and the American Legacy Foundation. She has also developed complete advertising campaigns for franchisors in health, fitness, home improvement
and real estate. Her work has been recognized by the American Advertising Federation, American Marketing Association and the Emmys.

Joseph Toth, Area Developer for the Arizona Area, has a strong passion for health and wellness which is complimented by a wealth of franchising, operational, real estate and sales experience. Prior to joining the new well, he worked with various franchise groups as well as corporate clients consulting on the real estate development process and operational issues. Mr. Toth has been on the frontlines of helping franchise concepts succeed; working in a critical role for Massage Envy he helped to take the franchise from 75 locations open to over 450 open during his tenure with the company. Over his entire real estate career he has completed over two million square feet of real estate portfolio transactions locally and nationally with Fortune 500 and 1000 firms. Prior to entering the real estate industry Mr. Toth had a very successful eight years in the financial services industry with JP Morgan Chase. There he held various roles within the organization at one point overseeing a staff in excess of 30 people and credit card portfolio valued at over 100 million dollars. He is now thrilled to bring the revolution of health and wellness we call the new well to the Southwestern United States.
